Nutanix has taken the concepts from Web-Scale companies, such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Amazon and transformed it into something that is applicable to any organisation. We’ve distilled the learnings down into a platform that can run any application, for any type of organisation, starting small and growing in predictable increments. Project based funding is now a breeze, with a small up front capital investment and lower operational costs. Many people may not understand the concepts of what Web-Scale is all about though. Web-Scale as a concept could be applied to many things, not just infrastructure of hyper-converged solutions. So it’s great that there is now a video that explains what Web-Scale IT and Web-Scale Converged Infrastructure is all about, and why you should care. Final Word

Although Nutanix is the first company to bring Web-Scale Converged Infrastructure to the masses it’s a big market and I’m sure there will be plenty of competition. We relish competing for customers’ business and driving constant never ending innovation and choice. Web-Scale at any scale, and simplicity of enterprise datacenters for any application is possible.
